No pool cleaning sold by TNPG

TNPG does not perform or directly sell pool cleaning. Any provider introduced through the platform is an independent business, not a TNPG employee.

Provider availability

A submission is a request for matching, not a guarantee that an eligible provider is available. Markets are presented as active, recruiting or waitlist according to verified coverage status.

Proposed prices

A displayed monthly amount is a proposed price or estimate unless expressly identified as provider-confirmed. The independent provider must confirm availability, pool condition, final scope, price and its own service agreement.

Homeowner choice

Homeowners pay no referral fee to TNPG and are not obligated to hire a provider. No payment is collected from a homeowner through the matching request.

Independent provider responsibility

The selected provider is responsible for estimates, inspections, scheduling, chemicals, equipment, technicians, billing, service agreements, customer service, ongoing maintenance and cleaning-related liability.

Partner claims

Only approved partners may claim opportunities. Customer details may be released only after verified payment and successful exclusivity controls. The $99 checkout is not enabled until those systems complete production verification.

Legal review checkpoint

State-specific marketplace, referral-fee, contractor, privacy, electronic-signature, tax and guarantee requirements may apply. TNPG should obtain qualified counsel before enabling paid partner claims or activating nationwide operations.
