PRIVACY NOTICE

How TNPG uses matching information.

Last updated October 11, 2026. This plain-language notice describes the current website workflow and should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before paid marketplace launch.

Information we collect

Homeowner requests can include contact information, service address, pool characteristics, desired start timing, proposed-price acceptance, signature records and campaign attribution. Partner applications can include business contact details, service coverage, capacity, pricing capabilities and optional operational SMS consent.

How we use it

TNPG uses this information to verify requests, detect duplicates or abuse, research market demand, evaluate partner applications, coordinate matching and communicate about the submitted request.

What partners see

Before an exclusive claim is completed, opportunity previews do not include the homeowner’s name, exact address, phone number or email. Those details are intended to be released only to the one selected provider after authorized claim and payment controls succeed.

Independent providers

When a match is made, TNPG may share the homeowner’s submitted information with the selected independent pool service provider so that provider can contact the homeowner and discuss a separate service agreement.

Contact consent

Operational text alerts to pool companies are optional and require consent. Reply STOP to opt out of operational SMS where available. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Security and retention

TNPG uses access controls and data-minimization practices appropriate to the marketplace stage. No internet service can promise absolute security. Retention rules and formal data-subject request procedures require legal review before nationwide paid launch.
