Weekly Pool Service Agreement
Service and price. Customer requests weekly residential pool cleaning at the address above for $169 per month. This limited-time promotional rate is available to new customers accepted into an open neighborhood route. The customer’s agreed monthly price remains $169 unless changed by a later written agreement.
Included care. Routine service includes skimming, basket emptying, brushing, vacuuming as needed, water testing and balancing, visible equipment checks and a service update. Standard maintenance chemicals are included.
Additional work. Green-pool recovery, unusually high chemical demand, repairs, replacement parts, filter cleaning and work outside routine weekly care require separate approval and may cost extra.
Access. Customer will provide safe access, secure pets, maintain adequate water level, and keep electricity and pool equipment available.
Pool equipment, freeze and weather responsibility. Weekly service is not continuous monitoring, emergency response, winterization, or freeze protection. Pumps, heaters, filters, valves, plumbing, timers, automation and other equipment can fail without warning. Customer is responsible for maintaining adequate water level, electricity or gas service, operating equipment and freeze-protection settings, and promptly reporting leaks, alarms, equipment issues, water loss, freezing conditions or other concerns. The monthly service does not include repairs, replacement parts, emergency visits, winterization, freeze damage, weather-related damage, power-outage damage, or loss caused by pre-existing or hidden conditions unless separately approved in writing.
Scheduling. Service occurs on an assigned neighborhood route day. Weather, holidays or unsafe conditions may require an adjusted visit.
Billing and cancellation. Customer authorizes recurring billing of $169 monthly once payment processing is activated. Customer may cancel before the next billing date; charged service periods are not prorated.
Electronic records. Customer agrees to transact electronically and receive service-related calls, texts, receipts and notices.
Service begins after route availability and payment setup are confirmed.
